Silk and textile Weaving Association cooperation with the launch of new products by multiple companies

To assist textile manufacturers in conducting R&D exchange and collaboration and forming strategic alliances with upstream and downstream industries for new product development and business opportunities, the Silk Weaving Association and the Textile Industry Association co-hosted the "Taiwan Textile Trend" during the Taipei Textile Exhibition. According to Silk Weaving Association Chairman and Chairman of Tainan Spinning (1454-TW) Chuang Yao-Ming, this event has been held 25 times, with 880 participants registered this year. Some upstream and downstream businesses have used this event to collaborate on new product development, including discussing the purchase of new yarn types or experimenting with special post-processing techniques.

This year's "Taiwan Textile Trend" featured two main activities: "New Product Display and Collaboration Exchange" and "New Product Launch and Seminar." These events aimed to promote strategic alliances among the entire textile industry's upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors, jointly developing new products and creating business opportunities.

New Product Display and Collaboration Exchange: Involved 35 exhibiting manufacturers showcasing new products like functional and industrial-use fibers, new yarn types, eco-friendly recycled, and specially processed fabrics, facilitating collaborative exchanges with relevant businesses.

New Product Launch and Seminar: Involved 13 companies jointly launching new products, covering themes such as green environmental protection, carbon reduction products and processes, AI applications in the textile industry, and digital transformation.
