Smart Energy Week and Sustainable Net Zero Exhibition will be launched in October

The "Taiwan International Smart Energy Week (Energy Taiwan)" and the "Taiwan International Net-Zero Sustainability Exhibition (Net-Zero Taiwan)" jointly organized by the Foreign Trade Association and the Green Energy and Sustainability Alliance (GESA), an industry alliance under the SEMI International Semiconductor Industry Association )" will be exhibited at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Hall 2 from October 2 to 4 this year. This year's exhibition brings together 470 companies with 1,625 booths, a 25% increase in scale from last year. Online registration is open to all walks of life from now on.

Energy Taiwan Taiwan's International Smart Energy Week once again gathered major energy index manufacturers this year. The exhibition covered solar photovoltaics, wind energy, energy storage applications such as smart grids, battery systems, charging pile related technologies, as well as diverse creative energies such as hydrogen energy and ocean. Can wait for emerging energy sources.

Last year, global carbon rights trading reached NT$29.7 trillion, and the carbon taxes and fees levied by various countries on enterprises and other units also reached NT$3.34 trillion. The Ministry of Environment predicts that by the end of this year, it will enter a "carbon fee first, leading the small ones" stage, and gradually improve the carbon pricing mechanism.

Net-Zero Taiwan has doubled in size this year, focusing on topics such as green finance, low-carbon transportation, deep energy conservation, carbon management and emission reduction technologies, to help companies strengthen their green supply chains and master net-zero and low-carbon investments. business opportunities.

This year’s exhibition brings together many industry pioneers and rising stars. In addition to major solar manufacturers such as United Renewable Energy, Yuanjing Solar, Motech, AU Optronics and Yongxin Energy, wind energy developers include Wo Xu Energy, Copenhagen Wind Energy Development, Beifu New Energy, Fengrui Energy, Dongfang Wind Energy and Taiya Wind Energy; other energy companies including Delta Electronics, Shihlin Electric, Mitsubishi Electric, Yunbao Energy, Formosa New Intelligence, Lianhua Gas, Hongde Energy, etc. participated in the exhibition .

Optimistic about the prospects of the net-zero market and the effectiveness of the exhibition, Taiwan's Fox, Advantech, MSI Technology, Three Energy and Telsa Energy and other benchmark companies also participated in the exhibition for the first time. In addition, the Taiwan Battery Association and the Energy Technology Services Business Association of the Republic of China organized groups to participate in the exhibition for the first time. Gathering the energy of industrial innovation, R&D and technology, we hope to activate exchanges among all parties and expand international business opportunities through the exhibition.

In order to help companies solve their carbon anxiety, a special carbon school was held during the exhibition to provide net-zero practical crash courses specially designed for companies. Experts from the industry, government and academia such as the Taiwan Carbon Exchange, the three major accounting firms, and National Chung Hsing University were invited to discuss the issue from a macro perspective. It starts with trend perspectives and then goes to the implementation solutions of zero-carbon strategies. Finally, through on-site one-on-one consultation with carbon reduction managers, tailor-made net-zero solutions are developed for the industry, focusing on carbon inventory, carbon neutrality verification, carbon pricing management, ESG strategies and Sustainable development and other contents will help attendees obtain a complete corporate carbon reduction guide in the shortest possible time.
