"LIBON" is the joint brand of Lili Enterprise and Lili Enterprise. It has production capacity from Lili Peng to processed OL. "RePET® Environmentally Friendly Polyester Recycled Fiber" is an environmentally friendly recycled polyester fiber produced by Lili Enterprise. Polyester fibers are produced by recycling waste PET bottles. Through this environmentally friendly recycling process, compared to using virgin polyester pellets as fibers, RePET® environmentally friendly polyester recycled fibers can save more natural resources and reduce environmental burdens. "RePET-W plastic-wood composite material" is used as raw materials for recycling waste yarns, fabric feet, waste cloth ends, etc., from the Lili enterprise, and uses self-developed high-temperature composite technology to combine with waste wood chips to develop and regenerate plastic-wood composite materials. It can have the performance advantages of 100% recycling, plastic and wood, and is mainly used in decorative strips, boards, green building materials, outdoor furniture, etc. (See Figure 2)
"RePET-P" is also the textile scraps in the recycling plant. Through high-temperature heating and injection molding, without adding wood powder, the injection-grade environmentally friendly resin made can replace the virgin plastic pellets and reduce the burden on the environment. Used in plastic pallets, 3C electronic product casings, etc. (See Figure 3)
"ReEcoya® recycled dope dyed fiber" is the exclusive use of recycled polyester fiber by Lili and Lipeng, and then dyes the fiber by dope dyeing. The characteristic is that in addition to using PET bottles to recycle polyester into fibers, it can reduce waste water, carbon dioxide emissions and the use of dye chemicals by up to 80% during fiber production, dyeing and finishing, and is mainly used in clothing fibers. And high-end electronic industry yarn, can take into account environmental benefits and high product value at the same time. (See Figure 4)
