high intensity prismatic (HIP) reflective sheeting meets ASTM D 4956 IV
Standards. It is micro-prismatic retro-reflecting sheeting with great durability. 
It is manufactured in a eco-friendly way compare to the glass bead sheet, offering good visibility to drivers.

3000 Series Reflective Sheeting also exceeds the current applicable requirements for the following

Face Film High-Gloss Acrylic Retro-reflective Film with Microprisms 
Adhesive Permanent Pressure Sensitive 
Liner Polypropylene Film

Property :
More than 5 times greater than glass bead sheeting in terms of reflectivity. 
No direct-dependent type  
Vivid color and high day-time reflectivity (Y%) 
Wide variation of color and possible to do silk screen 

Physical Properties:

Minimum Life Expectancy 10 years (3 years for F. Orange)
Shelf Life 1 years when stored at the folllwing temperature and conditions
18℃~24℃ and 30%~50% R.H 
Application Surface Flat surfaces only. Not recommended for unpainted stainless steel. Always
pretest your specific substrate prior to application. 
Other Tests RS-3000 Series meets all other requirements set forth in ASTM D 4956
including Shrinkage, Flexibility, Liner removal, Adhesion, Impact resistance
and Artificial Accelerated weathering. (Types IV)
